These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold on this website by Triovexaria ("we", "us"). By buying or downloading a course, you agree to them.

1. What we sell

Triovexaria sells downloadable PDF guides about 3D modeling. Each product listing describes what the file covers, its approximate length, and its price. Products are digital and are delivered electronically — nothing is shipped.

2. Placing an order

When you choose "Buy course," you're taken to a checkout page hosted by a third-party payment provider (for example Stripe, PayPal, or Airwallex, depending on the product). We don't process or store your card details ourselves — the payment provider handles that, under its own terms and privacy policy.

3. Delivery

After a successful payment, the PDF is sent to the email address you provide at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@triovexaria.com.

4. License to use the files

• Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the PDF for your own learning.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the PDF files themselves, in whole or in part.
• Any 3D models you create while following a guide are yours to use, including commercially. The license covers the guide itself, not your resulting work.
• You may print or annotate your copy for personal reference.

5. Pricing and currency

Prices are shown on each product page and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. We don't run time-limited discounts or artificial urgency — the listed price is the price.

6. Refunds

7. No professional promises

These guides teach a craft. We don't promise any particular outcome — income, employment, client work, or a specific skill level — as a result of using them. Results depend on your own practice and circumstances.

8. Availability and changes

We may update a guide's content, correct errors, or adjust prices for future purchases. If we make a material change to a product you already bought, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify buyers and provide the updated file at no extra cost.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Triovexaria's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our guides.
