Privacy Policy
Last updated:20 August 2026
This page explains what information Triovexaria collects when you visit this website or buy a course, and what we do with it.
1. Information we collect directly
- Contact form: if you write to us, we receive whatever you enter — typically your name, email address, and message.
- Email replies: if you email us, we keep that correspondence to answer your question and for our own records.
2. Information collected by our payment providers
Checkout for each course happens on a page hosted by a third-party payment provider (for example Stripe, PayPal, or Airwallex). That provider collects your payment details and the email address used for delivery directly — we don't see or store full card numbers. The provider processes that data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review before paying.
3. What we use information for
- To deliver the PDF you purchased to the email address used at checkout.
- To respond to support and contact requests.
- To keep basic records required for accounting, tax, and fraud prevention.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future (for example, to see which pages are visited), we'll update this policy to describe what's collected.
5. How long we keep data
We keep order and correspondence records for as long as needed to handle support requests, refunds, and legal or tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@triovexaria.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or similar regional privacy laws; we'll respond to any request within a reasonable time.
7. Contact
